General Terms and Conditions of Delivery and Payment for Casting Products

Our deliveries and services are provided only on the basis of the following terms and conditions (download as PDF). Other terms and conditions of the customer shall not apply even if we are aware of them and carry out the delivery without reservation. Our terms and conditions do not apply to consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB. They shall also apply to all future transactions with the purchaser of expiring business relations. All agreements made between us and the customer for the purpose of executing this contract shall be set down in writing in this contract. Amendments and supplements to the contract must be made in writing.
